We are ready to provide you with the full range of services in ship repairing and modernization (re-equipment) according with ISO 9000 standards.

Among them are the following.

1. General services:

  • Mooring/unmooring, telephone connection, floating and shore cranes, towage;
  • Shore power, cooling, fresh and ballast waters, firefighting system, compressed air and steam, garbage and galley waste disposal and gas free certificate.

2. Drydocking

  • Editing of the forests for access to the outward edging,
  • Removal and installation of - bottom plugs and drain scuppers,
  • Anchors and chains (together): ranging, washing down with fresh water, cleaning, painting, calibre gauge, marking, close up on completion,
  • Chain lockers: cleaning, painting by bitumen paint supplied by the customer,
  • Sea chests: cleaning and painting including repair of grids,
  • Repair of out - board fittings, pipe lines and valves, gate valves: "Butterfly" and other types flappers in workshops or on place,
  • Tailshaft "SIMPLEX" and other types: stern tube clearance measurements, to remove stern shaft, to dismantle propeller for survey, magnetic detection, to dismantle intermediate shaft if necessary, seals replacement (owner's supply), to install shafts and propeller on place ,
  • Propeller: to clean and grind/polish blades on place, without propeller dismantling from tailshaft or with dismantling,
  • Steering: clearance measurements in pintles and rudder stock, bearings before and after repair, replacement of rudder stock seals.

3. Cleaning and painting

4. Steel works:

  • Straigthening of steel constructions on place;
  • Cutting out and welding on of corroded seams;
  • Welding on of corroded seams;
  • Ultrasonic measurement;
  • Dismantling steel constructions without and with recovery with Register test.

5. McGregor and other types hatch covers:

  • Dismantling and disassembling sections of covers, survey before repair, to install and assemble after repair,
  • Replacement of steel on channels for rubber installation, side and face walls, stiffeners, hatch tables,
  • Compression bar of hatch table and cover to be leveled with heating, welded on with subsequent dressing,
  • Rubber packing renewal,
  • Fabrication (renewal)of steel details of securing arrangement (pinch bolt, nuts, crutches and snugs for pinch bolts, axises of rollers, wedges for tinghting, backings and saddles for wedges),
  • Fabrication (renewal) of brass and bronze details (bushes for rollers, sleeves, details of hydraulic rods),
  • Hydraulic testing of hatch covers after repair, adjustment of securing arrangements, rollers, transport chains, hydraulic rods for closing.

8. Main and auxiliary mechanisms:

  • Main engine and Grosshead diesel: checking of deflections of crank shaft before and after repair:renewal of cylinder liner with cleaning and painting of void space to be cooled between cylinder liner and cylinder block, packing renewal; opening, survey and closing of bearings, dismantling, disassembling of fuel injector, renewal of injector stray tip, pressing, fitting on place; dismantling, disassembling of fuel-oil pump, cleaning, fitting-in of plunger with bush, assembling, adjustment;
  • Turbo charger: dismantling, cleaning, rotor, renewal of worn parts, assembling, testing;
  • Charge cooler of main engine: dismantling, disassembling in a workshop, chemical cleaning, renewal of protectors and gaskets, testing, delivery on board, installation in place;
  • Renewal of copper wear rings of pistol jacket;
  • Auxiliary engines: removal of all cylinder covers, piston dismantling, cleaning of all parts, checking; opening and checking of base bearing , deflection gauge before and after repair; cleaning, tightening of connecting rods, ovality gauges of connecting rod heads, presentation of results before assembling; honing of all cylinder liners; assembling, pressing-around and testing of engine;
  • Pump repair: opening of pump, rotor dismantling, delivery to a workshop, dismantling, cleaning, checking of all parts, renewal of ball bearing and mouth rings; Assembling of pump, delivery on board, installation on place, testing;
  • Boilers repair.

9. Watertight closures: doors, hatches, manholes, port holes, vent and air heads

10. Various works:

  • Renewal of linoleum and mastic as a straightened coating, cleaning from old mastic; renewal of tiles with renewal of cement and mastic coating of the floor;
  • Renewal of accommodation plating (veneer) with and without grating replacement;
  • Renewal of galvanized plating, thickness of galvanized steel 1 mm with and without grating renewal;
  • Repair and renewal of covering of arm-chairs, sofas, chairs;
  • Railing renewal.

11. Modernization (re-equipment) of ships and vessels: according to the specification of your ship and vessel.
